How to make staffing sales training work:
1- Owners & senior management need to drive the process/initiative
2- The training needs to be planned beginning to end and targeted to a specific outcome
3- Less is more ~ Don’t try to cover everything at once
4- The trainer is a specialist NOT a generalist
5- Multifaceted training program (classroom, exercise, role-play, etc.)
6- It is a program not an event (see #3!)
BONUS: Make sure the training supports the Sales Process and BOTH are configured into your CRM/ATS!
